The First Conference of All Judges will be held on October 11, 2021 at the Government House.

Article 20.1 of the Law on Courts of Mongolia stipulates that the Conference of All Judges consisting of judges of all levels of courts shall be convened every two years. In addition, The conference will be organized in accordance with Article 3.3 of the Law on Prevention, Combating and Reducing the Social and Economic Impact of the Coronavirus Pandemic (Covid-19) states, “The Conference of All Judges, selection and appointment of members of the Judicial General Council and the Judicial Disciplinary Committee may be organized in traditional form”. 

Judges of the First Instance Courts, Appellate Courts and Supreme Court shall attend the conference in person.

The Judicial General Council and the Judicial Disciplinary Committee members shall be elected in accordance with the law and discuss and approve the relevant rules and regulations.
